A Must-See Places In Boise
If you are traveling to Idaho for business or pleasure, Boise has many attractions for your trip. The city offers 210 days of sunshine each year, a vibrant downtown, and plenty of culinary and cultural experiences. There are plenty of recreational activities near the city, including a number of popular outdoor recreation spots. Your kids, surely love the Discovery Center of Idaho. The museum features over 150 exhibits, as well as rotating series of educational exhibits.
While it doesn't have any professional sports teams, it does have many semi-professional teams and a number of college athletic programs. If you're looking for a fun night out, check out the Boise Hawks baseball team. The stadium has great food trucks and small lines, making it a fun place to see a game. The season usually runs from mid-July to mid-August.
Aside from its great food scene, the city offers a number of outdoor activities. It has a unique arts scene and is a hub for thriving artists and businesses. Visitors can also enjoy the Boise Art Museum, which features contemporary art. The Capital City Public Market is another great place to spend an afternoon.
The craft beer scene is on the rise. It is known for several craft breweries, including Bittercreek Alehouse, located in the city's 8th-street dining district. There's also Payette Brewing, a pioneering craft brewery, and the Barbarian Brewing Company, which has a downtown taproom.
